Our menus consist of a playful and unique mix of Salads, Sandwiches, Soups and Desserts. Choose from salted rye, whole wheat, or sourdough — each a soft roll — on one of our tasty sandwiches. Our salad chef can custom-build your salad using ingredients of your choosing, or prepare you one of our “Signature Salads.” Also offered is an assortment of pre-made salads sold by the scoop, soups by the cup or bowl, and decadent desserts.
Chef Ryan Scott
A 2001 graduate of the California Culinary Academy, Ryan Scott has cooked and learned in the kitchens of many of the country’s best chefs. In 2007, Scott was cast as one of the 16 contestants on Bravo’s Emmy Award-winning show, “Top Chef.”
In addition to his catering business, Ryan Scott 2 Go, Ryan launched his food truck, 3-Sum Eats in 2010, and immediately garnered a following among local foodies and food truck enthusiasts.
